Creek Tea (+ Books) is an 1800 square foot modern space that can hold up to 95 people.

We provide a lovely extension of your living room to host your event. With your ideas, our space, and the assistance of our in-house event coordinator we can create your dream gathering. See our list of event types in order to contribute to your event proposal.

All prices below are before tax and for the hours of 6pm to 10pm Monday - Saturday and 4pm to 10pm on Sundays.  Events that start at (6pm or 4pm on Sundays) might require early closure and trigger an early closure fee at our discretion.  See below also for event add ons.

Tier One (1 - 10 people)

Space Fee - $200

Planning + Execution - $175

Tier Two (11 - 20 people)

Space Fee - $300

Planning + Execution - $250

Tier Three (21 - 30 people)

Space Fee - $400

Planning + Execution - $400

Tier Four (31 - 40 people)

Space Fee - $500

Planning + Execution - $600

41+ people will require special pricing

Event Add Ons

Extension hours - $100/hr after contracted time

10% fee on outsourced services (food, bartenders, etc.)

Early close fee - $100/hour

Price does not include food and beverage.
